QUALIFYING INFORMATION:

What type of high-speed Internet connection is available at the location where the cameras will be installed? (A high-speed Internet connection is required for our solution. Dial-up solutions are not supported at this time.)

What is the speed of your Internet connection? (If you do not know the speed of your connection you may be able to determine the speed by going to web site of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) where you will find a link to test the speed of your connection.)

Is your Internet Service Provider (ISP) capable of assigning you a public (routable) static IP address? (In the case of a Cable connection, you would inquire about a "persistent" IP address.)

The following is the required information that we will need for us to understand what type of cameras you are interested in. All indoor cameras will be quoted as wall-mounts with no enclosures and all outdoor cameras will be quoted with enclosures unless otherwise specified in the "Comments" area at the bottom of this form. Please let us know if you have any special requirements such as low light, etc.

STORAGE SOLUTIONS:

Select a hosting solution by checking the box next to the Solution name. If you wish to receive a quote for multiple solutions, please check all of the boxes that apply. Each solution will be quoted individually.

	Solution 1. Monthly hosting on our off-site hosted servers. NOTE: Cameras recording to our remote servers are recorded at standard resolution (320x240) at 1 frame per second only. Learn more about this solution

	Solution 2. Customer owns the storage server and is located/hosted at the customer's location. Learn more about this solution

ARCHIVING INFORMATION:

How many cameras would you like to record?
How many days (consecutive 24-hour period) would you like to record the video?
How many frames per second would you like to record the video?

Note: One frame per second is adequate recording, but you may record at a higher frame rate if you wish (typically 2-3 FPS). The more frames per second you choose, the more hard drive space will be needed. Recording video at 2 frames per second will require an onsite storage server PC.
